Overview
The P.E.K.K.A (Perfect Enraged Knight Killer of Assassins) is the tenth Elixir troop unlocked in the Barracks at Town Hall 8, and the most powerful single-target ground unit in Clash of Clans. This heavily armored knight delivers devastating 950 DPS melee attacks with 7,500 HP at max level, making her capable of obliterating high-HP defenses and heroes in seconds. Her sword strikes deal splash damage to ground troops within melee range, making her effective against swarms of defenders.
P.E.K.K.A excels in tank-heavy strategies like GoWiPe (Golem-Wizard-PEKKA), BoWiPe (Bowler-Witch-PEKKA), and PekkaBobat (PEKKA-Bowler-Bat Spell). Her massive HP pool absorbs punishment from Inferno Towers, Eagle Artillery, and Scattershots while Wizards or Bowlers provide splash damage support. However, P.E.K.K.A has critical weaknesses: her 25 housing space limits army flexibility, slow movement speed (16) makes her vulnerable to kiting, and poor AI targeting causes her to attack random buildings instead of prioritizing high-value targets. Despite these drawbacks, P.E.K.K.A remains essential for 2-star Town Hall destruction attacks and Clan Castle elimination across all TH levels.

GoWiPe (Golem-Wizard-PEKKA)
Deploy 2 Golems as tanks, 2-3 P.E.K.K.As for DPS, and 8-10 Wizards for splash damage support. Use Wall Breakers for entry and Rage/Heal Spells for sustainability. Guarantees 2-star (Town Hall destruction) at TH8-10.
PekkaBobat (PEKKA-Bowler-Bat)
Send 2 P.E.K.K.As with Siege Barracks (spawning Bowlers). Once inside core, deploy Bat Spells to swarm defenses. Freeze Wizard Towers/Multi-Target Infernos to protect Bats. Dominant TH12-13 3-star strategy.
Smash Strategy
Use Super Wall Breaker to open walls, deploy 4-5 P.E.K.K.As in tight formation with Rage Spell. P.E.K.K.As demolish Town Hall compartment in 5-10 seconds. Excellent for guaranteed 2-star trophy pushing.
Queen Walk + PEKKA
Deploy Archer Queen with Healers to clear one side and eliminate Clan Castle. Then send P.E.K.K.As from opposite side for a two-pronged attack. Divides defensive fire and maximizes destruction.
PEKKA + Electro Dragon
Ground P.E.K.K.As tank Inferno Towers while Electro Dragons provide air support and chain lightning. Use Freeze on Eagle Artillery and Scattershots. Effective TH11-13 hybrid strategy.
Clan Castle Elimination
Drop 1-2 P.E.K.K.As on defending Clan Castle troops. P.E.K.K.A’s melee splash damage eliminates swarms (Wizards, Archers) instantly while tanking hero damage. Add Poison Spell for faster cleanup.

Spring Trap Clusters
While Spring Traps can’t eject P.E.K.K.As directly (too heavy), they eliminate support troops (Wizards, Bowlers) following behind. Place 2-3 Spring Traps in wall gaps near core compartments to cripple P.E.K.K.A pushes.
Single-Target Inferno Towers
Set Inferno Towers to single-target mode to melt P.E.K.K.As rapidly. A maxed Inferno kills P.E.K.K.A in 8-10 seconds. Position Infernos inside core compartments where P.E.K.K.As will path through.
Skeleton Traps
Deploy Skeleton Traps on Air mode when P.E.K.K.As enter compartments. Skeletons distract P.E.K.K.A AI, causing her to retarget and waste time killing low-HP skeletons instead of defenses.
Compartmentalization
Create deep multi-layer compartments forcing P.E.K.K.As to break through 3-4 wall layers. Each wall retarget delays P.E.K.K.A progress by 2-3 seconds, allowing defenses to deal sustained damage.

AI Targeting Flaw
P.E.K.K.A targets the nearest building regardless of strategic value. She’ll attack Barracks or Army Camps instead of Eagle Artillery or Town Hall. Use Siege Machines or Jump Spells to direct her path toward high-value targets.
Melee Splash Range
P.E.K.K.A’s splash damage only hits troops within 0.8 tiles (melee range). She won’t damage distant troops like ranged defenders. However, she one-shots swarms (Skeletons, Archers, Wizards) that approach her.
Super P.E.K.K.A Power
Super P.E.K.K.A (Level 8+, 25k DE boost) has 40 housing space but deals 1,200+ DPS with more HP. Best for trophy pushing where 1-2 Super P.E.K.K.As guarantee Town Hall destruction with Rage/Freeze support.
Rage vs Heal Decision
Rage Spell boosts P.E.K.K.A DPS to 1,500+, shredding Town Hall in 3-4 hits. Heal Spell sustains P.E.K.K.A through multi-target Inferno/Scattershot fire. Use Rage for destruction, Heal for survival.
Training Cost Efficiency
P.E.K.K.A costs 50,000 Elixir at max level (25 housing space). A 4-P.E.K.K.A army costs 200k Elixir. Expensive for farming but excellent for wars where guaranteed 2-star justifies cost.
